Eoin Hanley – FCIPD
Eoin Hanley has over 20 years in human resources where he focused on organisational development, training, coaching and recruitment. He has held senior regional and global roles for leading companies such as PwC, Grafton Group, Automobile Group and Amazon. He has also managed teams and projects in continental Europe, Central & Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
In the roles he has held he was responsible for helping companies achieve their business targets through the way they recruit, train and manage their talent. Eoin is an Executive Coach (EMCC & ICF) and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, where he lectures on their level 3 and 5 courses.
He is passionate about linking Human Resources to business goals, and he has worked with both large and small clients to help them identify solutions to meet their individual needs and capabilities.
